NEW GUESTS

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out a ‘New Guest’ intake form.

 

SCHEDULING

You are able to book your appointments online or call us to reserve your nail appointments. We do require a credit card on file to reserve appointments. For more information about this, please see our cancellation policy listed below.

 

While we do our best to have all appointments run on time, there will be times when a preceding client treatment may exceed its scheduled duration and put us behind schedule. We will make every effort to keep you from waiting.

 

Walk-ins are welcome however, we cannot guarantee that a time slot will be available for walk-in clients. We recommend that you make all appointments in advance.

 

RUNNING LATE

We understand that there are times when you may be running late. Please give us a call if you will be more than 10 minutes late so we can arrange the schedule for your Service and the Services for those scheduled after your appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us a minimum of 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time. This is simply to respect our technicians’ schedules and allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled without a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service(s) total. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) total. We have a no exception cancellation policy. This means we do not offer exceptions based on illness/COVID or weather. Unless there is a statewide or county issued snow/weather emergency, the policy charges will apply. So, please plan accordingly for travel time during Wisconsin weather seasons. Cancellation notices must be given earlier for some services such as for events, bridal parties, or packages.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or check payments. Cash gratuities are accepted however we do not keep cash in the business to offer assistance in breaking change.

 

RETURN POLICY

All products are 100% guaranteed within 30 days of purchase as as long as they have not been used.

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

At PURE NAILS we work hard to provide you with beautiful, healthy nails and great experiences. If a particular service experience falls short of your expectations discussed in your service consultation, we would like to work with you toward a resolution. Please email us within 3 days of your PURE MANI or PURE PEDI or within 7 days of all other advanced polish services and include photos and a brief description detailing your concerns and the adjustments you would like made. Upon receipt of your correction request, we will offer you a correction appointment with the technician who performed your service(s). If you do not wish to work with the same technician, we will offer you to see a higher-level technician that we believe will be the right fit for you. We are unable to provide corrective services if you choose to alter your nails yourself or visit another nail salon before allowing us to make corrections. We do not offer refunds on services.
